★★★★★My mom is going on her 3rd year living at Hoover Haus. She has dementia and now is bed ridden. Of course we have had some issues, what AL doesn't, but they've all been addressed quickly by Quinten and staff. They truly care about her and all of the residents. Everyone is super helpful and positive every time I'm there. I don't worry about her, she's in great hands.<br><br>Oh and the facility doesn't smell. You know that smell that smacks you in the face at a lot of AL/nursing homes. They are super diligent on keeping it clean, bedding & laundry done & trash emptied.<br><br>I recommend Hoover Haus to anyone needing a caring, safe, clean place for family members.
★★★★★My grandmother has lived at Hoover Haus for a few years now. It’s an absolutely amazing place with the most AMAZING people that clearly love what they do. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been unbelievably kind and just an overall good person. They also host events such as a Halloween party (which was about the most hilarious event I’ve ever attended, but I digress) which I think is nice. Thank you so much for loving and taking care of my grandmother in the way that you do. 🫶

They're not trying to impress or overwhelm with all their bells and whistles which he wouldn't use anyway. But you get a smaller group of residents and caretakers to build relationships with and it feels like everyone actually knows my father and really goes the extra mile for him.
★★★★★Hoover Haus is a wonderful facility! Our mom lives there and we have the assurance we need to know she is safe and so well cared for. The staff is so caring and on top of everything! They are quick to call if mom needs us, no matter if it is big or small. We know they love mom and mom loves them. They helped us ease our mind while making this hard decision of where to place our mom. If you are looking for a safe place for your loved one, we highly recommend Hoover Haus. It’s affordable and they will take very good care of your special loved one.
