My mother has lived here in the memory care unit for three years. The greatest gift I have received since her move here is the confidence that she is receiving the care she needs by the staff. I have observed an administration and staff that continue to strive to improve and provide the support both my mother and I need.<br>My questions and/or concerns are always welcome and addressed in a timely manner.

Please don’t put your family members in this home they constantly rotate workers and they have bed bugs, the trainees dont get to spend enough time for the residents the residents are upset because their are constantly new people they are afraid to tell their family because they feel as though their family will tell management and management will do harm to them while their family is not around if they firing and hiring new people how will your loved ones get used to anybody and be comfortable with them? Management doesn’t respect staff and i noticed not myself staff taking it out on the patients and the patients are scared to speak up to their family because of harm might be done to them dont put your family here they deal with anything that happens to them while they are there because they are afraid they will have no where else to go !
