Privacy policy

Effective July 2026. Browsing this site requires no account and sets no tracking cookies, and we run no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to submit through our request form.

The information-request form

If you ask us to connect you with communities, we collect the minimum needed to do that: your name, phone, optional email, the area you're searching, and the kind of care and timeline you're considering. With your explicit consent (the checkbox on the form), we share exactly that with up to four licensed communities or a partner agency matched to your search. We record the consent language you agreed to, with a timestamp and IP address, because the law requires us to be able to prove it. We never sell browsing data, never share more than the form shows, and never place care-need details into advertising or analytics systems. Requests are deleted or anonymized after 24 months, sooner on request. Email us or reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.

Server logs & anti-abuse

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve the site and prevent abuse, including a human-verification check on the form. We do not combine these with any identity data.
