We moved our Dad here some months back due to the way he was mistreated at another facility. Traditions has been refreshing. After about a month it was realized that he needed memory care. They made the process very easy. Dad has done well since the transition and we're pleased with his care.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. This facility and its staff are amazing! Although my parents just recently moved to the facility from our family home (after 50 years), I can confidently say they are the best! We were granted many tour and event requests at the facility, staff (Steph and Tammy 😁) made a personal trip to our home to facilitate evaluations, special requests and accommodations were granted, a million text questions were answered, personal welcome packages were created, etc., etc. In addition, special touches like dementia color schemes, memory care units, monthly special event activities, cleaning and laundry services, a wonderful meals make it one of a kind. This facility and staff make it easy to trust your loved one’s care needs are being taken care of and my family and I are thankful for them!

Our family has been using the services at Traditions Grove City for going on 2 years. Our father was first in the independent living facility and now in the assisted care facility. Both facilities are well maintained and the cleanliness so far has been exceptional. The appearance is more like an upscale hotel. You don't feel as if you are in an assisted care facility. There are many amenities and activities for the residence to participate in daily to keep them entertained, especially for those who cannot leave the facility. Family is welcome to participate as well. We have been very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and how welcoming they have been to our family, especially our dad. It was a difficult transition for him to move from his family home and then to give up most of his independence. The staff has taken steps to make sure he feels welcomed and part of the Traditions family. They have also taken the time to get to know dad and treat him with dignity and respect. The communication between the staff and family has been very good as well. They have kept us informed on any concerns regarding our dads care as well as things in general that might be happening aroun

This place is fabulous. Tasha... who answers the phone... treats you like you are the CEO of a major corporate organization. Meghan, the Executive Director, she's so professional and personable. Love how spotless this facility is....
