★☆☆☆☆Started out wonderful. Has progressed to such extreme we are removing our family member. Management issues are ruining this beautiful place. Residents are not receiving the care they are paying for. Even when you can prove it. When you can get management to speak with you about concerns, nothing changes. Phone calls and emails are not responded to. There are some amazing employees there, but they cannot fix what management won’t address and residents suffer for it.

★☆☆☆☆I have tried to contact this place on Friday and today with the main number...phone rings at least 15 times with no answer.<br>I went over on Friday and got a few cards, tired to call one of them and they have a VM which isn't customized so I can't leave a message to tell them about the issues.
★☆☆☆☆If I could give 0 stars I would. The Worst Senior Living Facility I've ever been at. The managers are awful people. The neglect there residents and treat there employees like trash. Please dont put your loved one here.
