★★★★★Staff is amazing and dedicated to the patient. They go above and beyond in care and quality!
★★★★★Just spent 2 weeks there after knee replacement. The nurses where all very nice and helpful. The private rm. and bath was great. Even the food wasn't that bad. I have to say though my PT. Betsy and my occupational therapist Lauren where wonderful. They both helped me so much and I want to thank them.
★☆☆☆☆I'm concerned about the level of professionalism displayed by some of the staff at this facility. During multiple visits, I observed staff members frequently on their phones, often scrolling or texting or just sitting at the desk, while patients were clearly in need of assistance. This level of distraction is not only unprofessional—it poses a serious risk to resident safety and well-being.
★☆☆☆☆I don’t even know where to start. Because my mother was found in a blood bath. I got a call around 7 am when the head nurse found my mother throwing up blood and blood clots. We found out the nurse checked on my mother around midnight saw she was throwing up blood and the report says she thought it stopped. She was never checked on again until the head nurse found her covered in blood and STILL throwing up blood at 7 am. She had to call an ambulance and send her to the hospital. NOW. they knew she was bleeding (throwing up blood and huge blood clots). But never checked on her again. She was SUPPOSED to be getting pain meds EVERY 4 HOURS. OBVIOUSLY SHE WAS NOT. because in the report she was not checked on for 7 hours. My Mother’s room was right across from the nurses station because she had dementia and they could keep an eye on her. So we were told. Obviously we were lied to. The only time my Mom was left alone was to sleep because I and one of my siblings were there at all times. My MoM PASSED AWAY a week later. Did this incident contribute to her passing ? If nothing else I hope the nurse that was in charge reads this and know I truly hope she lost her job. The job she did not
