★★★★★We had a family member in Vitalia Strongsville for about 5 months. The same person was also in 3 other care facilities in the area. Vitalia was night-and-day better than the others. Their aides and medical staff were responsive and kind, their administration responsive and helpful. They are clear about documenting costs, both medical and living space, ahead of time so there are no surprises. The food they offer is good, and guests can dine with residents for a small fee. The facility is modern and well cared for. If your loved one cannot be at home, Vitalia is the next best thing.
