In that time, we consistently experienced and witnessed a caring, professional environment in which mom felt loved and at home. She was treated completely, personally and professionally every day. We are grateful for the staff at Shurmer Place who grew to be family to us and took such good care of our mom.
★★★★★I had a very positive experience while recovering from a fractured pelvis and receiving ten days of care at Altenheim! The rehabilitation staff were wonderful and I felt they really cared about my recovery and progress. The aids were very nurturing and gentle when providing care to me, and helping me do the things I could not do for myself. The nursing staff made sure my pain was managed well and that my medications were provided in a timely manner. I am grateful that I was able to go to Altenheim. I have heard horror stories from other people and their experiences. The facility is beautiful, clean, has spacious rooms, and has much to offer.
