★★★★★My mom loves the place. It’s very spacious and accommodating as well as great therapy on site facilities. The staff are wonderful and very friendly.she was here for rehab for her shoulder.
★★★★★After aortic root open heart surgery, my husband had to have physical therapy to be able to walk up the three flights of stairs to our apartment. We chose Triple Creek Retirement Community, and we are glad we did. Thanks to Linda and the other physical therapists, received excellent physical therapy and was able to reach his goal of walking up those 3 flights of stairs in three weeks. Also, Mia, Shameka and all of the nurses went above and beyond the call of duty in caring for him. Erin, Tracey and Maddy in dietary prepared fresh wholesome meals and soup every day that aided in his recovery. Triple Creek also has a great administrator Kathryn who was very kind and caring to all the patients. The social worker at Triple Creek Retirement provided a seamless transition for his return home. He was discharged late Friday evening, but by Saturday morning at 9am he was getting physical therapy from his home. We are so thankful and grateful for all the staff and administration at Triple Creek for helping my husband to have success on his road to recovery from open heart surgery.
★★★★★This community is so welcoming and bright! Staff is so friendly and I can tell the residents really enjoy their stay! Would recommend this community for anyone looking for their loved one!
★☆☆☆☆Our recent experience with the care at this facility was deplorable. Patient was admitted here for rehab of a broken leg. Patient is fully competent and clear, normally able to live on their own and maintain their home and pet care. That was never acknowledged at this facility. The patient was forced to wear a diaper because we were told they did not have enough staff to get them up and to the restroom on demand. Diapers were not changed when patient requested and when on site as family/advocate I had staff argue with me about changing the patient because there was not fecal matter in the diaper it was "only wet". Patient would press call button and they would come and turn it off without addressing her needs. Staff was overheard stating that they wouldn't respond to her call button and "eventually she would get the message" Family was present regularly to witness behavior of staff and confirm lack of response to the call button, often exceeding 30 minutes. When calling to check in on the patient, we were often hung up on or "disconnected" repeatedly, especially on the weekend nught shifts. Ended up reporting to the ombudsman, state department of health and their corporate offices
