★☆☆☆☆These reviews are beyond concerning (read them). This horrendous place expects a FINGER PRINT BACKGROUND CHECK, and it is beyond awful in living conditions. Just think about that. Thank gud I have my CDL, working on my pilots licence and I will be in Law School.
★★★★★Safe in and out entrance. Staff very friendly. My friend lives here and he always lets me know he is well taken care of.
★☆☆☆☆I would strongly caution families before placing a loved one in this facility. Our experience was extremely concerning, and ultimately we had to remove our mother because we did not feel she was safe there.

One of the biggest issues was the lack of staff. The facility often felt like a ghost town. Residents were left in their beds with little to no social interaction, activities, or therapy taking place. For a facility of this size, it was shocking to see how little of the space was actually being used to support the residents.

There were also serious concerns about basic care and organization. At times medications were not provided when they should have been, clothing went missing, and our mother’s room was not properly maintained. There were no trash bags in the garbage, the room had not been cleaned, and at one point there was even no bed linen available. These are very basic standards that should never be overlooked.

Communication was another major issue. Phones were rarely answered, and there was little information about who families should contact with questions or concerns. The website also did not work, which made it even harder to get answers.

U
