Came in with a UTI and was discharged with one. Admitted, walked with a cane…than d/c in a wheel chair and couldn’t stand. Stay away!

They have consistent staff, no agency, and it shows because they know what they're doing. They recently started offering dialysis and ventilator care, too, with a respiratory therapist there 24/7. Eric is awesome! I'd definitely recommend this place.

My lady friend was transferred to this facility on 1-14-25 for rehab. I talked with resident Dr. On 1-15-25 about contacting a specialist to get a 2nd opinion. He said he was going to tell them to contact Dr. Ann Serals. As of 1-20-25 I STILL DON'T KNOW if a Dr. Was contacted. I talked with social worker twice Her reply was she doesn't do this the scheduler does. I still haven't met this person yet. I don't know what is taking so long ,I will talk to the Dr. Wednesday when he comes in. If anyone reading can make this happen fine. This is poor business practices.
