My sister was in there staff is horrible. They take her stuff then cant find clothes,food<br>Put her in room with no call button for hours. Knowing her roommate stole everything had no way to clock stuff up. Sh was not in there two days and it was a nightmare.

TLDR<br>- no pain meds first night<br>- No chair, only bed<br>- Food almost always cold<br>- Put in diaper rather than help to bathroom bc don’t come fast enough<br>- Takes repeated asks to get her soiled diaper changed (1-2 hours+)<br><br>This is my first experience with SNF, so this is based on my expectations and I don’t have anything to compare it to. The aids have all seemed nice, so I am assuming they are woefully understaffed (by management design?).<br><br>My mom did not have pain medicine her first night, which I was told was typical as they have to order it. This seems ridiculous to me - unethical at worst and uncaring at best.<br><br>They do not have soft chairs for patients to sit in, only wheel chairs or what I think of as waiting room chairs. So my mother (who was thin before her surgery and even more so in recovery) was confined to the bed until we brought in a small easy chair for her, padded to it wouldn’t cause pain. I will note - they told me they do have chairs and you just have to ask. However, multiple requests never produced a chair and at day 8 my cousin brought her in a chair.<br><br>Food is most often cold when it’s served. I will say, the nutritionist cam
