I just came back from visiting my Grandma who is a resident here. She was telling me how great the staff is. And she especially loves the pop in visits from the administrator Stephanie to make sure everything is going okay. It’s the best feeling knowing my grandma is not only receiving exceptional care but that she is HAPPY! Thank you guys for all you do and the difference you make in your residents life’s as well as their families! God bless!

I give them a generous 3. Why because the every day hire employees deserve better for the exception of one. When staffing is short they call an agency for extras. Agency sit around on their phones while residents swaller in their own urine and feces. Dementia residents who cant do for themselves are left to fend for themselves. Unattended for 8 to 10 hours over night. Laundry stacks up, residents smell of feces, no hydration or snacks given. And these agency girls are not held accountable for their laziness. Its really sad 😔. For the amount of money paid you would think even mediocre care should be given.

Beautiful facility with a great location right off of Detroit Road! Great team in place, they’ve always done well with the clients that I know have stayed there!

0 stars! This place has gone downhill. No one knows what they’re doing. Administration and Saint Therese could care less about their residents, no staff, different people every-time I come to visit my stepmother. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THIS PLACE. They say they care when all it is is a money grab to them. Run far away from this place!
