★★★★★I can’t say enough great things about Sue, the administrator. She is truly exceptional! She leads with compassion, professionalism, and integrity, and it shows in everything she does. Sue is approachable, genuinely cares about the residents, families, and staff, and always takes the time to listen and help whenever needed.<br>Sue is the only person I would trust to oversee my families care!

★☆☆☆☆The elevator has been broken for over a year. Evertime I go in theres a massive line of staff with food carts and people in wheel chairs trying to get up stairs and the wait is soooo long. I won't even go visit there. Last year I complained about and they said they were waiting on parts. If thr company would like to higher me to get it done id be happy to help.
