I have a loved one there and they are not receiving the care they deserve. I have asked question after question and they refuse to give me the information I request. They do not follow my loved ones physicians orders I am always fighting with the facility because they do what they want and ignore the physicians. I am not happy may start filing reports so they will be investigated.

The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff absolutely patients I saw seem very happy and well taken care of. The bathing and shower area was amazing not only did they have a tub for patients to take a warm bath to relax but also a heater in the room so the patients don’t get cold.<br>The family like sense of care was an automatic winner!<br>The new veterans garden was so beautiful and also the birds for patients to see and enjoy was a great touch.<br>I am beyond excited to see my dad have a sense of freedom well he is getting the best care he needs and deserves at his age.

Fawn Moore is a fantastic Director. She truly cares about the adults that go there. Her staff is just as good. They do so many activities with the adults. My brother goes there 3x a week and he truly enjoys it. They pick him up and drop him off. This program is phenomenal. I wish they can go back to weekends but they need donations and government funding for this. Thank you Heritage Manor for everything you do!!
