We are so grateful that we got the referral for NTC when my dad had a stroke. From the moment we got there, everyone was welcoming and felt like he was going to enjoy his stay there. The rooms were nice! They cooked , washed his clothes, took him out for activities and being in community. They have done an excellent job with his care and therapy. I am still in awe of all the progress that was made there. By the time he was discharged, he no longer needed his wheelchair, he was going up and down the stairs, walking without a cane in short distances, his speech improved a lot, and he was in better spirits recovering from the stroke. It is night and day from when he started and where he is at now. Slowly getting his independence back. This place is amazing and we need more like this. Not only has it helped my dad but it has helped me too. Now it’s not too much on me navigating his care. The transition was smooth and they are just amazing people. God bless them!
