Not a bad place really, my friend is happy there,but how do you transfer him without informing me the POA. The only good one there is Tracey. Christine is not very helpful at all. Asked for advice a few times n she tells me that she would get back to me, that's 2 years ago come Dec. SMH

I cannot express how horribly disrespectful and unethical the director of this facility is. My grandmother has been at the assisted living facility for a couple of months now and my family and I have been so happy with the compassion from the activities director, nurses, and aids.They have made her feel at home. My grandmother has a little bit of dementia, so some days are better than others. She has had a couple of challenging days recently and, without any option for improvement or consideration for the family’s wishes, the director threatened her POA and scheduled her to be moved out the following day. Instead of considering the lack of safety due to under staffing, unlocked doors, and no alarms/cameras around the facility, the director blames my family for the lack of her care from the facility. This director is beyond rude and lacks any type of compassion when working with these elderly individuals. It is clear that she (the director) only cares about the money and benchmarks she is trying to reach to make her facility look better.

This is a great assisted living facility. I am not in the area and they have gone above and beyond for my family member. From the front office- Tracy is a Rockstar! Christine is a solid administrator! Melissa is a compassionate office nurse that is responsive and helpful when our resident has had difficulties. The place is always clean and the residents are well cared for and encouraged to live their best life. The new activity director never stops. Housekeeping is fantastic and the laundry is done well. We've been so pleased. Our resident has thrived. They are well cared for and have been kept safe in difficult times. Kudos to Seirra and Kathy for the care and comfort they provide. I'm sorry if I forgot anyone. You all deserve a shout out! Oh Sunday dinner homemade cavetellis! Can't ask for much more. Thank you! You guys are truly exceptional!<br>Gayle
