★☆☆☆☆My brother is in this place now he bed was dirty and had food crumbs in it he asked for ice water didn't get it few hours went by I asked for water for him again and still don't get it good looking place need to look after the patient to get the care they deserve
★★★★☆Kaycee M., Admissions Director, was extremely helpful this week. I am a Hospice Social Worker and she was as helpful as one could be! One of my patients had come to the conclusion he was no longer safe in his home, alone. She reassured the patient and his family that he would be safe here and taken care of. She was of great assistance to me, too, as I am not familiar with Cincinnati. Thank you for all your help, to all of us, this week!!
