Care was decent and the price reasonable until recently. The facility is now under new management - they have increased my loved one's rate by 47% with less than 30 days notice. They are trying to retroactively apply the increased rate to previous months. This is a vulnerable population with limited options - these practices are predatory.

Under new management and my mom's cost to stay there went up 47% with minimal notice. Her care hasn't gotten better, the memory care unit has had zero staff at periods of time. They can't tell me the last time she's even had a shower.

Ok... I wanted to wait a few months after my mom moved in to give a review. Here goes:<br><br>Mason, the gentleman who worked with my family from the start was FANTASTIC! His patience with our ignorance was above and beyond.<br><br>The staff is incredible and always smiling...not the fake smile evidenced by the lack of "eye crinkle", but actual pleasantness.<br><br>Their intent to be better is demonstrated in Miss Angela's Email updates that include not only the MANY positives, but she also recognizes areas of improvement. To be honest, I'm tired of only hearing about only rainbows and unicorns and glad to hear of the negative things that they intend to correct. Transparency builds trust! Nicely done Miss Angela.<br><br>I'll finish with a comparison... I cannot adequately express how much happier and better taken care of my mother Barb is compared to her previous "care" facility. I owe you, the workers taking such amazing care of my beautiful mother a debt that I can't repay...thank you all.<br><br>Bill Rudy
