I don't even know where to begin, if you want a safe, professional, clean environment for your parents, yourself or other, you should avoid this place. I do not have time to get into detail, but other than a few people at the front desk and dining that are nice and helpful. The executive team is shady unknowledgeable and unprofessional along with the nursing staff who is also rude and completely disorganized. My father has been there for almost 4 months and still hasn't seen the primary care doctor who supposedly visits patients. I relocated my father from Georgia back home to Ohio and unfortunately we were not able to visit the location prior to the move-in. I would also like to get a warning that the reviews online do not match the real world we have experienced. I do not know if they are fake reviews or what, but I cannot see how anybody would give this place more than two stars at best.

Wouldn’t you enjoy a friend or loved one never being documented that they live at a senior facility so they never receive the care they are paying BIG BUCKS for? You know, the amount of a very elaborate mortgage for care they are not receiving since no one knows she exists there because an employee left the job and no one picked up his slack?? Well if you enjoy that then this might be a great place for you or your loved one but if you want them to receive care and to not be rushed to the hospital for a UTI and then again for severe dehydration that spiraled out of control and led to four blood transfusions in just under a two week time period. My friend has now been put on hospice and been given weeks to live because of the trauma to her body from the lack of care for a human being. How can you pride yourself in robbing seniors of their life savings all just to let them slip through the cracks and not help them at such a fragile time. And why was no one questioning where the extra hefty amount of money was coming from? That’s another peculiar thing to me as they may have undocumented money circulating… All in all I do not recommend this facility as they failed drastically with my f

We met with Damion at Carriage Court. Stephanie was sent to evaluate Mom for living at this facility. She was approved and we put down $1200.00 with them as a fee to live here. They said since Mom was a new resident they would charge a higher fee than usual so there would be reminders to attend functions and get used to the dining schedule. After moving Mom in we were told that Damion found a new job. We were advised to not see Mom for 3-4 weeks so she could acclimate & adjust to her new environment. We stopped over the next day to deliver some items for the apartment. Our Mom was sitting on the loveseat in a soaked depends, she hadn’t received dinner the evening prior. We were told that she slipped through the cracks due to Damion leaving. This happened again the next day as well. We called a meeting with Kevin the Director. Apologies were given and a “plan” was put into place. Mom wasn’t bathed as promised & Stephanie inquired with the aides about this. They said that Mom refused the bath but it was left undocumented. Mom ended up in the hospital with a UTI. She was released back to the facility. A few days later Mom was transferred to the hospital severely dehydrated, with a blo

Lena is always very friendly and greets me and my wife by name whenever she sees us, whether she is working the front desk or the floor. She is appreciated.
