If you MUST use this facility please have a camera in the room. Treatment of these patients is horrible. The food is unacceptable

My brother was there for rehab and the only reason I would give them 1 star is the rehab was good. The care was horrible! He was there 4 weeks and got 5 baths total. I complained constantly. Food was bad! Weekend staff was the worst. I would never recommend this place! Complained multiple times to social worker and staff about his hygiene and care! He also never got one of his medications the entire time he was there even though I took an order of medications from his doctor and gave it to the social worker. I could go on and on about how bad it is. I finally got him transported to the hospital and he has a UTI because he was not regularly getting his bladder emptied.

Please, do not entrust your loved ones to this facility. My father has had a myriad of issues, not limited to: being given the wrong meds, skin conditions going untreated for weeks at a time, being left sitting in his own waste for hours (once overnight), being given little to no food after leaving feedback about the food quality, the facility deciding he was “done” with the physical therapy he still needs. He can hear the aides talking about not wanting to help him in the hallway. I feel foolish for placing my trust in them.
