I was transferred from Soin Hospital to Xenia Health & Rehab to finish recuperating<br>from major foot surgery. Due to bad experiences we when my father was homes in Xenia, I was a little skeptical about Xenia health & rehab. I was definitely surprised with everyone. EVERYONE is absolutely wonderful. Very caring. They are a great team and ALL work well together.! From administration to the nurses, aids, housekeeping and the therapy team is a great ! Everyone works well together and show excellent service with all clients., rather they are there for therapy or as a long-term resident. You don't hear, "that's not my job". It's more like what they can do to help each other and try to make feel home away from home. It's like being at a country home....I want thank ALL staff helping to get better. Also has a great therapy group. If anyone needs to go for rehab or need to put a love in a nursing home, highly recommend Xenia Health and Rehab..<br>Sincerely<br>Darlene Blair

I delivered groceries to a resident here and two lovely ladies helped me carry all the groceries to the room place seems pretty cool. Everyone was nice.

My grandma goes here and the food worker Kristan has rolled her eyes, spoken disrespectful, and has said numerous threats to her.. nothing has been done and we have asked plenty of times for her removal.. imagine the things she’s been saying to other patients.. just sad
