Non-compliant handicapped parking. I informed then of their violating the ADA in regards to handicapped parking 10 months ago and they still haven’t resolved the issue. Needed to file a “discrimination by inaccessible facilities” claim with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.

Mom and Dad moved to Independent living at The Woodlands in the summer of 2023. Our family was impressed with the care and attentiveness of all the staff. Their spacious apartment home was lovely and they were able to bring their favorite furniture and comforts of home. The food (and the extensive daily choices) was a huge bonus as they were both done with cooking! Over 2+ years our family was grateful that our parents could be in a loving, beautiful, warm environment with help close at hand if needed. I highly recommend The Woodlands.

Tara and the team at the Woodlands are super friendly and very interested in attending to the needs of their residents. The facility is spotless and set in a beautiful, park-like setting. Mom lived at the Woodlands for roughly 10 years. She loved her time there. Tara Lloyd (the director) does a terrific job. The staff goes above and beyond to help their residents. There’s always lots of activities, and plenty of outings. If that wasn’t enough, the food is really good! They make every resident feel special.
