My grandmother is a resident at Windsor House of Champion, and our family has been incredibly impressed with the care she receives. The STNAs treat her like she is their own grandmother, showing genuine compassion, patience, and kindness every day.

The management team is exceptional. Linda and Phyllis are always available to address resident concerns, celebrate compliments, and even step in to help on the floor when needed. Their dedication to both residents and staff is evident in everything they do.

Melissa and Kathy in the office consistently go above and beyond, anticipating resident needs and ensuring families feel informed and supported. What stands out most is that everyone works together to provide truly holistic care, focusing not just on residents' physical needs but also their emotional well-being and quality of life.

We are so grateful for the entire Windsor House of Champion team and the love, respect, and attention they show our grandmother every day. Highly recommended!

Aide moved my sister into a wheelchair to go to lunch in DR that had no footrest for support. I tried to tell the aide she needed that sipport. Aide said nurse would need to order that. So I tried to see Nurse (Brianne) who blew me off when I tried to get some help for my sister sliding out of her wheelchair with no footrest for support. She later saw for herself and said she'd get a safer chair for her. However, came to find out the next day that nurse had lied and told my sister's husband that I had moved her into that chair myself apparently to cover for her own ineptitude not providing a safe chair for my sister.

When my family was planning on moving my grandmother to long term care, I fought against it with everything I had and lost. It is a good thing I lost!! This facility turned out to be a blessing not only for my grandmother but for my family’s peace of mind ! My grandmother loves it there and the employees show her so much love, respect and care. Thank you Windsor of Champion for going above and beyond for my grandmother and all residents that enter your doors looking for care and compassion.
