When looking for a 6 week stay for my dad, people said The Willows is the best place. After the 6 week stay, a permanent home was needed. There was no hesitation in returning to The Willows. Everyone continues to lovingly, personally, & professionally care for my dad. I am one grateful daughter ❤️ to ALL The Willows staff & administration!

I WOULD NOT PLACE A LOVED ONE IN THIS HELL HOLE- BEAUTIFUL ON THE OUTSIDE BUT DECEPTIVELY BAD ON THE INSIDE. I was in there for rehab from total knee replacement. Seven days and received 2 PT sessons and incorrect food meals daily. The minute I decided to leave I was no longer a resident. The Social Worker yelled at me when I asked how to get home PT started and she said it now became my problem and not theirs. I never received any meds for pain for 9 hours only to find my at home pain opioid meds stolen as well as some of my new clothing. This place is now being investigated by Agency for Aging as residents have rights and deserve better care and contacted sheriff about the stolen Oxycodone pain meds that I needed from the surgery. I could write a book on how horrible I was treated and know others were experiencing the same. JUST SO WRONG TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY DO. The administrator said she would get back with me about my concerns and find my $100 worth of brand new never worn tags still on the clothing I was told I never brought to the place. I am sure it will be gift wrapped under someone's Christmas tree. Clothes stolen and pain meds stolen and the administrator would get
