As a liaison for Echo hospice, I am in many facilities a day.<br>Everyone here is always welcoming and there is a home like atmosphere.<br>I also have had a personal experience as well with family members.<br>Jennifer M is great when meeting with families and does an excellent job of explaining services and giving a tour of the facility.<br>I would highly recommend facility to anyone looking.

All of the people--receptionists, drivers, maintenance, aids, nurses, administrators, chefs, kitchen workers, laundress, cleaners--who work here are friendly, professional, and caring. My parents have been in memory care for over a year and are so well cared for. It is a very tough job to work with residents who have dementia along with other medical conditions. The head nurses and those nurses on the floor make sure everything runs smoothly and with utmost care. The aids are particularly attentive to specific needs of each of my parents.<br>Recently when my Dad returned from a hospital stay, he was genuinely welcomed home by all the staff. It made a difference to me to see their smiles upon his return.<br>The building is modern and very clean. Our family feels that our parents are living in one of the best facilities in the area.
