Shitty place. My dad stayed here for 2 weeks and they mistreated him entirely. Sure the place is “nice” but these people do not care about anyone here. Night shift is always on the phones and talk to patients extremely disrespectfully. The aides and nurses are lazy and gossip to one another all the time. I saw two women arguing about a drink. The nastiest team of healthcare providers i’ve ever met. They just want your money and they dont ever have enough staff for night shift please don’t waste money here 😤

Update- 3/6/26<br>I received a phone from the NO and it was a great conversation. She apologized for not returning my call Friday. I explained I totally understand, Friday was a holiday for many. Long story short, the NP was unaware that we wanted to speak with her. We both apologized and spoke business regarding my father. After speaking with Amanda, I felt my better.<br><br>Rating- Like many places, workers are overworked. I will say I feel like my father is safe in the facility; however, he has had to wait longer than I would like, to go to the restroom. Again it is easy to judge but we all want the best for our loved ones.<br><br>My father is currently in the facility and has been for 10 days and is scheduled to be discharged soon. This review is based on the NP, Amanda. I have been attempting to reach the NP since my father arrived and she has yet to reach out to our family. Granted, she is only at the facility two days a week, but cannot find time to return the call or meet with us when we are in the room.<br><br>I’m not sure what kind of family members they are used to but we care about our father and we are very involved in caring for our parents. I do not recommend this facility. My mom was in the rehab unit following hip surgery. She never recovered and passed away shortly after being released from Violet Springs. In fact, I believe they caused her hip to heal incorrectly resulting in significant pain which wasn’t managed properly. The communication was terrible. Didn’t return phone calls. The care was negligent. She got bed sores on several areas and we weren’t notified nor was care given to heal them. We weren’t told about a UTI she got while there. I’m sickened by the suffering she experienced while in their care. Please be aware and don’t send your family there.
