If I could give a 0 I would! This place is terrible. This place has had bedbugs for months and the owners are not doing anything about it. My mother has been getting bitten up for the last 3 months This is ridiculous. The staff is thin overnight it’s only one Aid working through the night. The DON doesn’t do a good job and she doesn’t have any answers when asked questions. When I’m there visiting my mother I never see her (The DON) walking the halls or being engaged with the staff or the residents! The aids are always using in profanity . The bathrooms are dirty. My mother room has not been cleaned for months also. House keeping doesn’t do a good job and only pulls trash. I’m very disappointed and I will be contacting state about all of it including the bed bugs. Something has to be done. The food they are served is like feeding little children they don’t have any hot food or full meals. State will be getting called.<br><br>Update: I don’t wanna reach out and call that number. I wanna talk to the owners of the building. I want the owners to go in and inspect the building and figure out what to do about them bed bugs because residents are being bitten up and the DON is aware and isn
