★★★★★I couldn't have landed in a better place when I came her. Love it.
★★★★★Made a lot of friends. I learned a lot of different things and had a lot of good outings. There is a lot of kindness and love in here.
★★★★★Venetian is a very clean facility. The staff are all wonderful and very professional. The Transportation is efficient and transports the residents safely to and from appointments. The Social Worker goes above and beyond to keep the department running smoothly. The Director keeps the place going like a well oiled machine with care and positive energy. The nursing staff seem to care for the residents as family, and chefs kiss to the food service. Just a great place!
★★☆☆☆This is a nursing home. What can be said about these places and still be in God's grace? The food is poor. Aide to patient ratio is mostly out of compliance yet joint commission gives glowing reports. Sad as it is, it will most likely get worse as more boomers age . Just pray you stay healthy and will not require to be in such a place.
★★★★★We have had several occasions to work with Venetian Gardens and find the community to be professional and very easy to work with. Have recommended them many times.

★☆☆☆☆Terrible place. My wife fell out of bed the first night and it took several days to get a railing. I had to fix the TV myself the first night. The person in the next room yelled all night. There are no doors, only curtains so you have little privacy. No decent chairs to sit in. If she pressed the help button it may have taken 40 minutes for someone to show up. The social worker didn't do what she was supposed to do at discharge. My wife had a wound vac that had to be in place. There was a week when it wasn't in place and the wound doctor almost put her back into the hospital. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
★☆☆☆☆Do not recommend taking someone there that you actually care about. Under staffed, poor communication, rooms are run down room my family member is in window blinds are broken, tv remote was broken not working was taped back together but still not working had to purchase a tv remote and take it in after waiting for days for them to replace it. Clothes were lost. I visit almost every day and almost never see staff checking on loved one. And refused to give medication to loved one was told by nurse that they wouldn't get it and I would have to bring it in which I did and still refused to administer. Also didn't put name on door for weeks I finally did it myself.
