★★★★☆Van Crest is extremely clean and always has the patients concern first and foremost. I have two members of my family that are residents there and we are extremely happy with their care.
★★★★★My mother was in Vancrest for 3 years before she passed. In those 3 years I seen and felt the love that each and every one of staff members had for my mother. I will never be able to show all of you my gratitude and love for what you all have done for my family. From the bottom of my heart Thank You!
★★☆☆☆Very disappointed in the care my grandfather has received. Nurse on duty does not follow the orders for his cough syrup administration. Went to visit at 11am and she hadn't given it to him at all yet. He was coughing and wheezing. Asked for her to give him some, we waited another 30min and she still hadn't. Finally, decided to call Hospice on call for follow up. The orders in his chart say every 6 hours. Secondly, she never communicated the needs to nurse coming on at 2p. She has a dismissive and rude demeanor. Thankfully, the 2nd shift nurse, Chandra (I'm not certain I'm spelling her name correctly) was kind, caring and responsive to my grandfather's needs & chart orders. I would give Chandra 5 stars, kudos to her. This facility needs more nurses like her. Thank you, Chandra ❤️
