★★★★★Amazing facility, staff was super knowledgeable in their field and helped us out immensely!
★★★★★I have been very impressed with every aspect of Tuscany Gardens. From first contact through intake, the staff helped immensely getting everything set up and all the details needed for admission. The amenities and care received are above and beyond what I pictured in my mind when this process started. Thank you to everyone at Tuscany Gardens!!
★☆☆☆☆Husband was there several yrs ago and the care was atrocious. He had serious diarrhea and even tho I was there every day, all day, it was impossible to get staff to assist me getting him to the bathroom due to his size and mobility issues. Once in bathroom I cleaned him and the area. When finished would pull cord for help and would sit extremely long time for help. Even when I’d go to the door to ask staff (including aides and nurses) for help just to get him back to chair they’d walk on by and not acknowledge you. Food options terrible. Fried baloney sandwich given him for dinner on first night arrival and didn’t improve after that. He was started under Hospjce care while there and their standard order included Ativan for aggitation I requested that order be stopped. Went home for clean clothes and when I came back he was in common area slumped over and unable to be arroused. Nurse had given Ativan against my request. On his last night there he fell and displaced his hip. There were no bed or chair alarms on him that were standard ordered for him. He died within a week later. I hope things have changed but doubt it. Do your diligence and check out their standing with the state and
★☆☆☆☆My mother in law has been a resident for over 2 years, the nurse turn over is about once a month, the patient care is horrible.
