★★★★★My time at Troy Rehab was truly life-changing. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond to support me every step of the way, helping me regain my confidence and work towards my goals.
What makes Troy Rehab so special is the people. Everyone there felt like family. The encouragement, compassion, and friendships I found during my stay made it all the difference in my recovery.
Yesterday, I moved into my own apartment just down the street, and I wouldn't have reached this milestone without the support of the amazing team at Troy Rehab. While I'm excited for this next chapter, I'll always be grateful for the family that I gained while there.
I want to thank them for believing in me and helping me build a brighter future. I will always be making visits to everybody at Troy!
★★★☆☆It's a nursing home. A lot of work has been done to improve it but there is much more needed. My Mom is a current resident there so I keep a relatively close eye on things. Will update as things change. Most of the staff are wonderful. And the residents are friendly.
★☆☆☆☆I am very familiar with this facility as my sister has been here for over 10 years. The pictures you post is only half the facility….the rehabilitation part. Why don’t you post pictures of the long term care on the second floor? The renovation stopped on the first floor. The upstairs is a mess. Most of these long term patients cannot take care of themselves and deserve a better living environment and better care. I could go into details but many of the other reviews already have. I know that staffing is short and employees are always coming and going but there is no excuse as far as I’m concerned. All people should be treated with the same care whether they’re in there for rehab paid for by insurance companies or people in there for long term care being paid by Medicare and Medicaid. People never think they will find themselves in a nursing home but it can happen to anyone. Think of how you would like to be treated if that were you in that situation.
