★☆☆☆☆I call nursing homes and assisted living facilities almost daily as part of my job. If nobody answers the phone when you call, that’s a bad sign. The facility has probably not hired enough people to take care of residents. This is common for facilities that have become money makers for owners. I called all morning long to this facility and never got through. This not a place I would consider moving a family of friend into. BTW this is not a criticism of individual aids, nurses, or even managers. They usually are quite good and caring. But the owners are the ones who provide adequate staffing. Most don’t do this well because it cuts into profits. Eventually the good workers leave because they do not have enough help and management does not hire enough good people.
