★★★★☆This is the second time in three years that I've come here to get wounds healed. Very friendly and fun staff. Most of the food is very good.
★☆☆☆☆My mother died in july. They took 1400.00 out of my account for August. I have asked for a month for my money back. Nothing. I will be taking them to court and making Medicare aware of billing fraud. ALSO, My mom had alzheimers and they refused to feed her stating she feeds herself but she could not. DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! They are simply awful. A few good staff but mainly awful
★★★★★My father-in-law was in a motorcycle accident and needed physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as some nursing care. Shannon at The Pavilion at Canal Fulton graciously accommodated our need for after hour consultation and walk through, all the transfer arrangements were taken care for us, taking another burden from our plate. My father-in -law and our large family was treated kindly and respectfully by all the staff during his stay. His therapy was intense and highly effective, and he has been able to regain most of his independence. Once he was well enough to come home, the staff worked diligently to make sure everything he would need, would be provided for him. We are forever greatful for the staff at the Pavillion at Canal Fulton for helping us through such a difficult time!
★☆☆☆☆My friend was sent here after back surgery. She couldn’t walk and needed pain meds. There was no intake done when she arrived. The doctor there never saw her and her doctor wasn’t allowed to treat her there. So she didn’t get any medications. The incision got infected and she was told, ” yes it’s infected but it isn’t an emergency” so it went untreated. She went a week without a shower and started to get sores under the back brace she wore. She never had any therapy which was relevant to her healing and being mobile.<br>This is a terrible place to send your loved one. Don’t do it!!
