We had the absolute pleasure of attending the Mother’s Day Family & Friend Dinner at StoryPoint Shaker Heights and all I can say is WOW. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we stepped into a five star restaurant mixed with the warmth of family. Wanted to show appreciation for the tremendous help my family has received and the seamless transition process and current care for my uncle. Even before my uncle received his discharge from the hospital, Katie Auber, the admission director for StoryPoint reached out, worked very diligently and quickly with the hospital to cover his medical, physical and emotional needs for his comfort and care. It was a Friday afternoon for his discharge so the concern was availability and care and Katie and her staff prepared an entire room and she personally purchased new items and prepared his bedding and amenities for his comfort. Storypoint is currently putting a smile on my family's face and heart and relieved a tremendous amount of pressure and stress off of me and my family.
