★★★☆☆My parents have been here for 7 months and I have learned a lot. Initially I thought, WOW what a big beautiful place. Impressive!! Well, it is, but it lacks a Unit/Supervisor for each hallway/area, very little supervision over-seeing things are done and/or followed up on. When you call the nurses' station, you can be on hold forever - an no answering system to leave a message for a call back. It's all up to lady luck. The CNA's and Nurses are GREAT people: hard working and they do the best they can. Very friendly and helpful (if your there visiting). I think they all have too much on their plate and they are short staffed. I'm not sure if clothes changes, bedding changes and showers, or hav the time to just go in to a room to check on residents and visit them. I think all this falls on the administration, not the employee's. Again, no one to supervise if something got done or not. Call lights can stay on for long periods of time. I have wrote emails and literally get ignored. It took months to get my mom's pace maker 'working'. and From the time it was dropped off, lost, plugged in and running. I have walked in the facility many many times without anyone saying 'hello',
