★★★★★OLSC has been an invaluable partner of The Victory Center for years, and their continued generosity at Over the Edge 2025 was nothing short of amazing. They provided fantastic food for the launch party and our hardworking volunteers. We're incredibly grateful for their ongoing commitment to our mission!
★★★★★Great place and treats their workers well
★☆☆☆☆Mom was here for rehab. When I call to get info, the nurse never calls back. Mom has complained that when she puts her call light on, it takes 25 to 45 minutes you get someone to answer it. Staff from shift to shift font know what's going on most days with the patients. I have talked to the nurses on the phone about my mom and they could not let me know what had happened to her day events. My mom complains they don't know any information about her care. That includes nurses and aides. I have had a chance to sit and talk with my mother at the nursing home and I have seen first hand that the call lights have been flashing on patients rooms for 30 to 45 minutes. They are to be answered in 5 to 10 minutes for non emergency. Nurse aides are very uninformed about conditions of the patients. They don't know common things to look for with patients. i.e diabetes, c-diff, MRSA, how to prepare to clean a patient up if they have a BM accident, patient rights, common empathy, and safety measures. Nurses are very forceful with the patients and dont respect their rights either.
★☆☆☆☆If I could give zero stars as a rating I would. I went there for a tour. Receptionist was very, very rude and annouce on the phone to whoever she called "no, she is just a drop in", very sarcastic. The woman, "girl", came out to greet me, was the most rude person I have ever met in a care facility. I stated I would like a tour to see the facility and discuss care for my husband who had hip surgery, that they were on the list given to me by the hospital. She started going into how the hospital has to do all this paperwork prior to him being admitted. I explained I was there to check out the facility not to hear about what paperwork the hospital had to do. She stated I would need an appointment. I explained I didn't have that kind of time. I didn't have a discharge date yet, but it was going to be soon, I didn't have time to make an appointment. She stated, well, I don't have time. I have an appointment for a tour, very sarcastic and there was no one else. She proceeded to to tell me they very rarely have an opening anyway and they mostly only do long term care. I wouldn't place a loved one in that facility if it was the last place on earth. I can only imagine how the
