★☆☆☆☆This facility is horrible, do not choose this place for care or rehab. My mother who was just released 7/17 from being in this facility for a little over 2 weeks has come back home with no increase of strength in her legs and feet. They never took her to the bathroom, wash her in the shower that was inside her bedroom. They are short staffed and not managed properly. She wasn't even washed up and ready at the time of her discharge.. They were scrambling at the last minute to get her together. The physical therapy team did not even help her get in her wheelchair. They just came in for a second and said she's alright, while she struggled to get from her bed to the wheelchair with my help and two nurses. This was a terrible experience.
★☆☆☆☆If your love one is mentally sound and somewhat physically stable then I would say it's okay for a short stay..Don't put your love one in this facility if their cognitive functions have deminshed and mobility is off..I would avoid this place at all cost! The whole establishment needs a do- over! I had over a month to see how they operate and it's very below average! They need to have an investigator out to see the unsanitary conditions along with delayed care. Read the other complaints..They absolutely ignore the call lights especially at night. Very unprofessional staff from top to bottom. Do yourself and love one a favor and look elsewhere.
★☆☆☆☆My grandpa has only declined since being here. This place is horrible. He was left in a dirty diaper overnight, and when I brought it up to his aide, Jamia, I was brushed off and had to go find a nurse myself. The whole facility feels completely disorganized and upside down. I will be removing my grandpa after also finding out the nursing director, Natchelle dresses unprofessional and is involved in managing her daughter, who happened to be his aide.

★★★★★From the moment we chose this rehab facility for my dad it has been nothing but good communication with any concerns we have had. We were greeted within 5 minutes of arriving to facility by his nurse and two aides. Any requests we asked for they were handled quickly and appropriately. The food was excellent and great to have options to eat in the dining room which helped provide the socialization he desperately needed. My dad had a recent stroke and was at this facility for almost 6 weeks. We did not think he would make so much progress. The therapy team has been amazing and so supportive. I am so grateful for the nurses and aides who provided such good care. We are so lucky to have had such a good experience and we will be recommending this facility to friends and family in the future . They did an amazing Christmas event and my father was so touched by it, it felt like his home away from home and that really says how much they care.
