My mom was dying of cancer and in a lot of pain gave her Tyonal for her pain instead of Morphine because they said when she was at Metro they gave her morphine and said she was hulustionating let’s get real here if your dying they should gave her something stronger than Tyonal and then they wanted to give her therapy WHY? She died a few hours after.

Thankful for the staff at O'Neill North Olmsted. Locally owned and operated, the owners are involved in day to day operations. We are fortunate to have such a good option in our community.

I visit some of the patients here and they are not being properly cared for at all. One patient, Sofia, is unable to feed herself…. The staff is aware of this yet they still don’t feed her. On May 13th, 2026, I visited Sofia and found her hanging off of her bed, almost falling off. When her food arrived, I asked if she needed me to help her eat, she nodded. She was unable to remain seated upright in her bed to eat. I went to Beth and asked if I could put the recliner that had been Sofia’s former roommate’s into Sofia section of the room so I can sit her up and feed her. Beth told me to let maintenance move it the next day. I explained she needed to eat now and that I would be able to move it. She stated that she didn’t want me to move it because it was heavy and if I dragged it across the fall the floor would get scratched, that the floors had just been installed. Beth chose the floors over feeding Sofia. Not once did she offer to send any staff to feed Sofia. Today I went to visit Sofia again. She was hunched over, half hanging off of her bed, food all over the floor and under her feet. Also Sofia is covered in bruises, unbathed to the point where it’s almost unbearable.<br>Then
