They've got a lot of good , hard working aids here, and other's facility are under staff but these girls are good AIDS I ask to many questions, but overall disappointed with the gossip no one will come and talk about the problem you have with them they talk behind your back like school children. Im in hopes that things will change there. I've got 4 good nurses so far.. I have opinions about alot of different things in the world. I've been made to feel that my freedom of speech isn't allowed. And my freedom to get a chair to get around in is limited .Yes I need help for getting strength back im praying that this place will come threw .for now God willing the hippa law breaker in building will stop, the building needs windows open to air this place out badly, I just feel like some people should be able to open the windows for fresh air, don't like shared bathrooms. Hilary is a good director she tries with what she's giving to work with. But Im am signed up with home choice That's a blessing for sure. But everyone has different opinions. I'm learning today that snakes in every corner will keep you updated if I live through it

Place smells horrible and very unsanitized. The residents are getting sick because of the lack of care. When we tried to improve my mom's room the director said "it was against policy" and we were forced to take away the only thing that made the building smell good. !Update! My mom's tablet was stolen last weekend by someone. We called cops and the cameras don't work in that hallway😬😬 so there was nothing we can do (the person took the tablet out of the case at night while changing and left everything but the tablet). This place is a mess😭😂

Northcrest has the best care from the working Administrator: Hillary is a very caring and friendly, nurses: Toni,Anna,Angie,Audry,Emma and aides:Becky is so awesome we nicknamed her "The Boss" she gets you up and moving when you'd rather lay in bed.Allisia,Kendra,Vanessa, there is more just can't remember names,housekeeping: Linda she just made my day her smile and singing we were quite a duo lol. The Activity director had something going on almost all day Monday thru Friday. PT Erin and OT Sam there understanding and caring when I didn't want to move.<br>The food menu and food was not the best.<br>My 9week stay at this facility was the best ever. Everyone became family. Made friends. This experience will be one I won't forget.<br>Thanks you.<br>Abigail (Abby) Kennedy
