My father has stage 4 cancer, he is not the easiest person to deal with but I will tell anyone who cares about their family to come with a team. Sloppy and disingenuous transfer of care from OSU and staff is dependent on who is available. Inability to get “nurses or anyone that can read specific charts has been a joke. My dad’s feeding tube (overnight supervision) comes undone and then he has staff asking him why he made a mess. He was able to have a feeding tube come unhooked and had to use the restroom and no one acts quickly nor kindly after 5.
Not efficient in my opinion and I will never let my dad come back. Staff works m-f then leaves a disaster of misinformation and mismanagement of care over any holiday. when Medicare uses your money to bring in third party services and you can’t tell me they care about my father.
Basic needs dirty, wounds not cared for, embarrassed and I do his laundry, diapers you need to pay your full time staff more and unfortunate future clients 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️better bring a few family members.

This place is so sad
Sincerely and unfortunately
Erin Mahler

Mayfair Village Assisted Living offers a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment that truly feels like home. I have had the pleasure of working with Brittany Pollock to help Rosie's House clients transition into their new apartments at Mayfair Village. Throughout the process, Brittany and the team were professional, compassionate, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move. Most importantly, our client felt genuinely welcomed and supported from day one.

One of the things that stands out about Mayfair Village is its exceptional staff and the longevity of its team members, which speaks volumes about the positive culture within the community. Residents enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, along with delicious meals and a variety of engaging activities that promote socialization and well-being.

Mayfair Village is a wonderful option for seniors seeking quality care, meaningful connections, and a place they can truly call home. I highly recommend this community.

I am writing this review to raise serious concerns about the level of care provided at this long-term care facility. My experience has been deeply troubling and, in my opinion, reflects a pattern of neglect and disregard for basic patient needs.

The facility consistently failed to maintain sanitary conditions. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation in any healthcare setting, yet this was clearly not a priority. This created not only an uncomfortable environment but also a potentially dangerous one for residents.

Even more concerning was the refusal to administer prescribed medications. Denying a patient their necessary medications is unacceptable and can lead to significant health risks and complications.

Personal care was also severely lacking. The patient developed recurrent bed sores, which are often preventable with proper attention and routine repositioning. Additionally, basic grooming and hygiene were neglected—fingernails and toenails were allowed to grow excessively and curl over, and there was visible fungus on the scalp that went untreated.

Overall, the lack of attention to hygiene, medical needs, and basic human dignity is extremely concern
