★★★★★I attended the Crazy Train Ozzy tribute group at Veterans Park in Springfield, OH. Also attending were a group from the London Health and Rehab facility in nearby London, OH. The staff were very engaged with the clients they had brought to the show, encouraging them to clap and head bang where possible. It was so heart warming to see these health challenged people enjoying the music of their youth. Kudos to the staff for everything they do to keep these people young at heart.
★★★★★My mother, Marsha, was at this facility for a few days before she passed away unexpectedly at the end of August. Although she was given a prognosis of six months to live, God had different plans for her, he took her sooner than expected. My sister and I were by her side continuously during her hospital stays and during her time here. Along with hospice, the staff here were compassionate, delivering excellent care and support to both her and us. One nurse, nicknamed Squirrel, exemplified so much kindness towards my mom. She was gentle and attentive, treating my mother with dignity! Thank you to the staff at London Health and Rehab for your care and support!
★☆☆☆☆This place is awful! Rooms are filthy. The beds are more like a cot. Black mold on the pipes behind the curtains. Insurance companies really need to start checking places out before sending payments! The place needs torn down and rebuilt. It's extremely depressing. I feel bad for anyone that has to stay there.
