This place should be closed down. My father nearly died this week due to the willful medical neglect. Thank goodness our family visited regularly to check in on him. Because of our constant monitoring we called the squad and got him the emergency care he needed. I worry for individuals who are there with no family to check in on them. AVOID THIS INSTITUTION.

I had to stay there for about 5 weeks. Most of the people were very nice. Some of the food was good, some was not. I loved Nurse Kathy and Nurse Jacob. They were so good to me. And the people in physical therapy are awesome. They help make you feel at ease and like you can succeed at what you are doing. They also make you laugh and you need that when you are trying to heal. The only downside is that they are short staffed and there were times I had to call the main desk with my cell phone to get help. I pushed the call button 1 day and almost 2 hours later, no one had come and I was not able to get up on my own. The extreme long lengths only happened 3 or 4 times but it was very frustrating.

Mackenzie is a wonderful admissions coordinator. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, making what can be a stressful process for many much easier and more manageable. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I fully understood each step along the way. She has taught me so much and really took me under her wing.<br><br>What stood out most was her compassion and genuine care—not just for the residents, but for their families as well. She truly knows each resident and their family, and it shows in the way she supports and advocates for them. Mackenzie consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled smoothly.<br><br>I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and caring environment.
