★☆☆☆☆We were met with many many issues beginning in the first 2 hours of our loved one being left in their care. We got a call to come sit with her because they were too short staffed to help her adjust. On another evening we were called to come in as 4 staff members sat at the desk ate food. played on their phones while I saw a man delivering pizza go into patient rooms and no one followed or asked where he was going. The care our loved one received was just at most minimal and the her suite was only cleaned once we complained about the mold in the toilet. Our stay was very short and we would not recommend Kingston Residence of Vermilion to no one.
