★☆☆☆☆My uncle Mr. Dudley has been in there care for over a year now and I would not recommend this place for anybody you love or care for.<br>The weekend crew could care less about addressing a client's needs or concerns.<br>For example my uncle can't walk but likes sitting up often, but requires assistance doing so. If he pushes buttom to simple ask for assistance sittingup he is ignored or told we are short staff so we can get to you right now.<br>My uncle has a colostomy bag and other things that need direct and immediate care as a health safety precaution.<br>He has asked for assistance to no end, then makes a call me to which I live in Missouri.<br>Then after hearing my uncles complain I then make a phone call to Manfield Memorial / Jazz Health Care and is transferred to nurse's station just to be told " We will get someone there right away, and or we didn't know."<br>He is bed bound and totally dependent on their assistance. If no assistance comes to help, he is literally lying in he's bodies waste.<br>Again if your love or care for someone, this literally not the facility you want them in.<br>Phillip
★★★★★Mom has been a resident of Mansfield Memorial Homes (now JAG Healthcare) for 2 years and has continued through out to receive watchful, compassionate and skillful care.<br>I live out of state so rely in extra measure on JAG's staff in providing for her physical, social and emotional needs.<br>In addition to communications I receive from mom, I receive ongoing updates on mom's status and condition from JAG's staff that assist me in making decisions concerning her ongoing care.<br>Darlene Dale (and other staff members) have been especially gracious and helpful in assisting me in so many ways.<br>I realize there are many challenges any Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facility can have and I'm grateful for JAG's efforts to meet these.
★☆☆☆☆My daughter caught a nurse stealing narcotics. And she turned her in. And 2 weeks later my daughter notified state because the facility and Marty and the DON ignored her requests to remove this nurse. My daughter is a great aid. Always has been and will be. They let her go. And now she is not rehirable. Kinda funny.
★☆☆☆☆horrible place to send your loved ones, day 1 waited 30 minutes for help for my wife to use the restroom which never came and I had to carefully help her to the restroom and thery didnt even offer her a toothbrush until I asked for one for her, day 2 requested a transfer to another facility, day 5 a male nurse tried to pick her up out of bed by her neck, day 8 they tried to force her to eat when she didnt want to, contacted new facility was told the social worker never even contacted them about the transfer cant give negative stars or I would
