Every time I visit my mom I am thankful that she's living in a place with kind and caring staff at every level. From the office staff to the nursing caregivers and activities team to the laundry and house keeping to building maintenance and even the kitchen staff they demonstrate a desire to add joy and meaningfullness to the resident's lives. They have come along beside me and held me up during a challenging season for me of my parents' lives and the loss of my father.There is a sweet spirit you can feel when you're here and I'm so thankful that my parents could be a part of this community.

Selecting an assisted living facility for a loved one is a difficult process. My parents and I visited several facilities before such arrangements were necessary and while they were still able to share in the decision-making process. They decided upon The Inn at Olentangy Trail, and moved there in 2019 once we became concerned about them living safely at home. We could not be more pleased with the decision. The staff is friendly, compassionate and truly care for the wants and needs of the residents. Daily activities, including a small theater and salon, provide a variety of engagement opportunities for the residents. With medication administration and 24 hour staffing, our concerns regarding safety were eliminated. If the staff has any concerns, medical or otherwise, we receive a call to discuss a path forward with treatment. As I read other reviews that air specific grievances publicly, I will admit that not everything is perfect all the time. However, dealing with elderly residents (and in our case dementia issues) has challenges and the staff of Olentangy Trail has always been very responsive to any issues and concerns that I bring to their attention - even very small pro
