If you’re looking for a facility that genuinely provides assisted living, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. My grandmother lived here for a period of time, and I had a security camera installed in her room due to a traumatic experience at a previous facility. What I observed was extremely disheartening and deeply concerning—not based on hearsay or memory, but on actual recorded evidence.<br><br>Approximately half of the staff showed a clear lack of compassion and professionalism. Even more disappointing was that this attitude extended to some administrators as well. My grandmother was often treated like a burden for asking for help—whether it was requesting her prescribed inhaler or reporting burning pain during urination. Instead of receiving care, she was made to feel guilty or “needy” for expressing serious health concerns.<br><br>On more than one occasion, she was threatened by staff that if she continued calling for help, she’d be left out in the dining room so they wouldn't have to return to her room.
