★★★★★I had the pleasure of attending Glass Peaks' Annual Resident Picnic and meeting many members of their leadership team. It was clear how genuinely the staff cares about their residents and works to create a warm, welcoming community. One of the highlights was seeing the beautiful resident garden, which the residents helped create and were incredibly proud to show off. Their sense of community and engagement was inspiring. Glass Peaks is a wonderful place with compassionate staff and a positive, resident-centered atmosphere. Highly recommend!
★★★★★Sam was a welcoming face to my Uncle Jake and my entire family! The place is organized, well ran, clean, and most of all a place that I feel safe, we feel safe, Uncle Jake feels safe and comfortable!
★☆☆☆☆Although a nice facility on the surface, with some nice staff, do not trust them. They strung me along for almost a year with promises, which turned out to be lies to get more money. As of the end of 2025, I had no apartment, was told to vacate an apartment and get my things out....all this while in the hospital and rehab. I kept in constant contact with the Director of my situation and was assured that there would be an apartment similar to mine ready for me and they would take care of moving my things. When the time came, they "dinged" me saying I did not meet their criteria and told to get my things out. I have no family and no money because of Medicaid money paid to my care facility taking all my income...and I was still in rehab. They are now sending me to collections. How I can pay over $2,000 on my $75/month is yet to be seen.

Bottom line.....if you are rich and not on assistance, they will welcome you; if not, don't bother.
★☆☆☆☆My dad is in assisted living. Has lived there for many years. No housekeeping No laundry no garbage collection. No bed changing This place is lame and they charge a fortune for no service
★☆☆☆☆The management team here is horrible! They have no idea what is going on.The Director told me, "How am I supposed to look in on every resident daily." Isn't that what the staff is supposed to do. She is a terrible leader! This place almost killed my mom. The place is not clean. None of the aids are certified. The food isn't edible. They didn't do my mom's laundry for 6 weeks or change her sheets. I had a camera and saw the staff stealing her food that I bought her. I'd find another place if you care about your loved ones! Really tehy deseve no stars!
