My grandma lives here and she and I both agree that the staff are amazing and very friendly, attentive to residents issues and keep the facility safe. The team here work hard and care about their residents! The facility is also the cleanest I have ever seen, very stellar job. Overall, my grandmother is happy with the care she receives and my family is very glad she is able to get the care she deserves here. Would recommend! :)

My husband was admitted to this facility for care from the hospital for rehab. He has ALS and dementia and was told by hospital staff and us when touring this facility he is a high fall risk. We were assured they were able to care for him. He was taken from hospital to facility when I rented the room he was sitting on side of bed with no rails or anyone present. No one greeted us or even came in to check on us. Hit buzzer it took 25 minutes to answer. We left for evening after putting him to bed ourselves. Got a call less than 12 hours later that he fell with CPAP mask on and broke his nose. Was sent to hospital by himself. When he fell his partial must of fell out and they threw it away with all his CPAP mask apparatus . I never got a follow up call apologizing or to see how he was. Terrible place stay away. No staff.

The staff at Geneva Center has been very kind and caring with my mother. The facility is always clean and smells nice, which is something our family really notices and appreciates. There are also lots of activities for the residents, which helps keep her involved and active. We appreciate the care, attention, and hard work from the nurses and staff each day.
