★★★★★One of the best facilities I’ve seen. My uncle was there for a few months. Great staff and very clean. Imma paramedic and have been to many facilities in northeast Ohio and this is by far the best I’ve seen!<br>Well done to the owners
★★★★★Thank you Patrice Campbell for your high standards when you hire employees! We rarely see staff on their cell phones. Your employees show respect and kindness to the residents. We need more beautiful examples like the religious sister who helps out with the residents.
★★★★★Ennis Court feels different... The staff actually care. You can see it... feel it. A lot of places are stretched thin lately, but here... it’s steady... it’s present.<br><br>No place replaces being with family... but this comes closer than most.
★☆☆☆☆If you care about your loved ones do NOT let them live here. The residents are treated so horrible due to understaffing and some simply treating the residents horribly. I saw this first hand. I witnessed management YELLING at residents AND their staff. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to live here. Management needs some training and respect and communication!!! The WORST assisted living place i have ever experienced.
